Lewis original and last track on her CD, Past Presence, as well as the title cut on Jeff's CD, Partners
In Time. Topping it all off with a traditional, yet dazzling version of "Old Joe Clark," the show was
deemed a success.
The Illinois Arts Council (IAC) is proud to announce that
"Arts Across Illinois: CenterStage" won a regional Emmy Award in the Live Special Event Program
category. "This award is a well deserved affirmation that the agency's collaboration with WTTW 11
to bring greater visibility to the arts and artists of Illinois is working. We are so proud of the hard
working Nicolette Ferri, Producer; Fawn Ring, Executive Producer; and show host, Bob Sirott. Their
dedication to the program has helped bring awareness of the arts in our state to new levels," said
Chairman Shirley R. Madigan.
In addition to being broadcast in Chicago, this program is offered on public television stations
throughout the state and on municipal cable systems, to encourage Illinois residents to explore and
enjoy the wide array of visual and performing arts opportunities made available with the support of
